I really need to lose weight fast
So you’re probably asking yourself what I’m doing suddenly talking about how to lose weight fast. It all started because a few days ago I visited a friend’s place where I had to climb once of those steep wheelchair ramps, and was a very intense experience. By the time I reached the top, I was sweating profusely, wheezing, my face was red, and I felt like I would die. I excused myself and went into the bathroom, splashed some cool water on the back of my neck, and looked up into the mirror, and that was when it hit me: I needed to lose weight and fast.
Actually, I actually feel like I’m becoming my father. He was a ferociously obese man, with a great sense of humor and a solid, family focused approach to life. But man, he was big. And now I’m becoming big as well. Now don’t misunderstand, I love my father, but I very much would like to keep myself from getting to 300 pounds. Because once you get that big, there’s not really any way of turning back.
So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to loose weight fast. My wife is going to go on a diet with me, saying that she is also interested in losing weight, which I think will make it easier to stick to whatever diet program we end up using. There’s a huge amount of opinions about how to lose weight out there.
I’ll keep you guys in the loop about how good the weight loss plan is turning out for us. I realize losing weight isn’t going to be easy, but it’s now or never as far as I’m concerned, so I am going to really be working hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
